O Governo vai fazer ajustamentos nos subsídios aos combustíveis mas alguns sectores como Agricultura, Transportes, Pescas e o gás butano continuarão a ser subsidiados devido à sua importância social, garantiu o ministro dos Petróleos, José Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos.
Em declarações à Angop, à margem da primeira “Conferência internacional sobre a tributação do ciclo anual de 2013, Eficácia dos estímulos ao desenvolvimento económico e a problemática das isenções das fiscais”, realizada nos dias 15 e 16 de Maio, o ministro realçou que já têm feito ajustamentos dos subsídios aos combustíveis há cinco anos, e que a política em vigor visa subsidiar sectores económicos com um impacto no desenvolvimento da sociedade.
“ Este é um assunto que tem vindo a ser analisado ao longo deste quinquénio, em função da evolução que nós vamos tendo, em termos de produção dos mesmos. Nós iremos fazer alguns ajustamentos, que já vêm sendo feitos desde 2011”, afirmou o ministro.
Explicou que antes as isenções eram dirigidas à distribuição e comercialização dos combustíveis, mas fez-se uma análise e verificou-se a necessidade de se alterar o modo da sua implementação para tornar o petróleo adquirido pela refinaria a um preço idêntico ao preço do petróleo do Orçamento Geral do Estado (OGE).
” A refinaria adquiria o petróleo ao preço do mercado internacional e com a mudança passou a comprar ao preço constante no OGE”, sublinhou o governante.
Segundo revelou, tal medida de alteração do modo de implementação das isenções permitiu fazer uma poupança em termos de subsídios na ordem de 300 a 400 biliões de kwanzas que foram dirigidos ao sector da Educação e da Saúde.
O Estado angolano gasta, anualmente, mais de 300 biliões e meio kwanzas com a subvenção dos combustíveis no país.
Angola importa cerca de 85 porcento dos combustíveis consumidos. Em 2011, a Sonangol beneficiou-se de subvenção do Estado avaliada 700 biliões de kwanzas. (portalangop.co.ao)

1. Survival and full development of young people through education, sexual reproductive health, sanitation and communication especially in performance areas.,
2. Human formation of families, community activist, volunteer agent of ANAPAC and special support to senior citizens who participate in its activities;
3. Promotion of the rights of children, women and adolescents, reducing domestic and community violence;
4. Promoting small jobs through income-generating program for self-sufficiency of families participating in the programs training of women in care economy to have the girl and mutual help among them;
5. Literacy young and old in action areas;
6. Documentation and information on the situation of young people and the family of Namarroi District and in the areas of programmatic references.,
7. Gender and Development Promotion.
8. Reduce child mortality in the communities;
9. To express to the world of spirit and poverty alleviation children and women.
OBJECTIVS SPECIFIC
1 To fight sexual abuse of girl schools and companies;
2 To combat the stigma and discrimination of VOCs and chronically ill patients in the community;
3 To support and promote policies and practices that ensure the participation of women and children in the decision-making process;
4 Promote sustainable design to minimize poverty targets;
5 Encourage women to create income-generating projects;
6 Creating girls’ clubs in schools to girls retention in schools;
7 Create partnership with national and international organizations for sponsorship of the ANAPAC action plans in support of child poverty relief and women;
8 Encourage the creation of preschools to develop monitoring of human capabilities;
9 technical support to the CES in the management and leadership of schools;
10 Promoting awareness lectures on women and girls in evil fighting nutrition of children and people living with HIV / AIDS, leprosy TUBERCULOSIS
PURPOSE AREAS
To achieve its purpose the ANAPAC proposes in particular:
a) To strengthen cooperative relations with domestic and foreign government entities NGOs working on behalf of children and women

ANAPAC ACTIVITIES
ACTIVITIES ARE TO BE CONDUCTED IN SEARCH OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR MOZAMBIQUE ANAPAC
• Staff training on leadership, associations, management advocacy, rights, land law, family law, violence and preschool and Human Rights.
• Lecture and public debates;
• Training school board, cubes of girls and mothers in the area of advocacy, leadership, school management and micro project of income generation;
• recreation promotion, journeys lectures theaters contests, dances in combating violence, sexual abuse, drug use in smaller, lower trafficking, stigma, discrimination of VOCs, and people living with HIV / AIDS;
